Xavi Pascual is internationally recognized as one of the most influential basketball coaches of the 21st century. His career, defined by tactical excellence, consistency at the highest level and continuous evolution of the game, has left a lasting mark on both Spanish and European basketball.

A graduate in Physical Education, Xavier Pascual Vives began his coaching journey in youth development before rising to the elite. He reached global recognition as head coach of FC Barcelona, where he led one of the most dominant periods in the club’s history. During his tenure, he won the EuroLeague in 2010, along with multiple ACB League titles, Copa del Rey trophies and Spanish Super Cups, becoming the youngest coach to win the EuroLeague at just 38 years old.

Renowned for his meticulous tactical preparation, advanced game reading and calm but authoritative leadership, Xavi Pascual has become a reference point for coaches worldwide seeking structure, clarity and competitive balance.

Following his success in Spain, Pascual continued to prove his adaptability and leadership in different basketball cultures, coaching Panathinaikos BC and later Zenit Saint Petersburg, where he built highly competitive teams and achieved historic domestic success.
