How can I purchase a course?
We recommend that before purchasing a course you register in LOGIN/REGISTRATE.
- Go to courses and click on the training experience of your choice. You can also do it from the store.
- Click add to cart.
- Click on View cart or Checkout
- Insert a discount coupon if you have one and click APPLY COUPON.
- Click on Finalize purchase
- Enter your billing information: name, surname and e-mail address.
- Accept these terms and conditions and privacy policy
- Choose your payment method: paypal or credit card, debit card (redsys) or bank transfer.
- Click go to Paypal or Redsys or pay by wire transfer.
- Enter your identification or credit card information
- If you have chosen installments, you will be charged according to the payment plan indicated on the product. Without any type of interest.
- Press end
- You will see an orange message indicating that the course is pending validation.
- In a few minutes the course administrator will accept you into the course and you will be able to access COURSES and click on START COURSE on the right.
What happens when I purchase a course?
At the end of the purchase the platform will give you immediate access to the enroll and go course. If it is a course with a start date you will be enrolled manually when the start date approaches.
You will see your course in your course dashboard and you will be able to access it with just one click.
Is the purchase safe?
Totally. We have advanced security systems.
Can I pay by check?
At the moment we do not have this payment channel enabled, but if this is your case, please contact us at info@sportcoach.es and we will tell you how to do it.
How do discounts work?
Sometimes the discount will already be included in the product, if you are in a promotional period. In others you will have to have a coupon and enter it at the time of purchase, when adding the product to the cart.
As a general rule, SportCoach does not allow the accumulation of discounts, the highest discount being applied in favor of the user.
How much time do I have to complete the course?
You have enough time, depending on the course, but you won’t have any problems. Moreover, even if you have finished a lesson, you can come back to it as many times as you want, even after the course is finished and you have requested the certificate.
There are courses that you have unlimited access and others that you have limited access. But if you need more time for any reason, just ask us.
Do I have to register for the course?
Yes, before you can take a course, even if it is free, you must register on our website. To do so, click LOGIN or REGITRASTE and fill in the required fields.
If I need an invoice, how do I ask for it?.
After a purchase, if you need an invoice, just ask for it to info@sportcoach.es adding your billing information and we will send it to you as soon as possible by e-mail.
What if I have a problem with a course?.
If you have any questions you can ask us using the internal messaging system of the course, or by e-mail to info@sportcoach.es we are here to help you, and that is our main goal.
Return Policy:
As it is an online training, at the moment the buyer accesses the contents of the product/service, the right of withdrawal set forth in this section will be cancelled, unless it is expressly indicated in the particular conditions of purchase of a course.
If you have not accessed the contents of the course, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after the purchase of the product or service. To do so, you must send an e-mail with your personal data, date of purchase and means of payment used. Within 7 days of making your request and having made the appropriate verifications, you will receive the amount of the course paid through the same means of payment in which you made the purchase or, if it is not possible or if you indicate otherwise, in the account number that the consumer designates.
